PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
With more than 20 years of strong experience in the organizational field has worked for large global companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, where as Talent Management Deputy Director, he held an international responsibility, designing and leading projects with global reach being responsible for the development of senior executives in Mexico and Latin America.
At Santander Financial Group, as Organizational Development Deputy Director, he developed the corporate competencies model and implemented the potential evaluation framework in all the business units across Latin America.
At Coca-Cola FEMSA, he was in charge of talent Acquisition, Training and Development of all the Commercial Area in Valle de Mexico and Operations across the country.
