At Coca-Cola FEMSA, he participated in key talent attraction, selection, training, and development processes, with direct responsibility for the professionalization of commercial and operational leadership at the national level.

He is the Founder and Executive Leadership Strategist of Hipnos & Hermes — Boutique Coaching & Consulting Firm, through which he works with executives, leaders, and teams in organizational transformation processes across Mexico, the United States, Central America, and South America.

His practice is distinguished by a strategic view of leadership, a systemic reading of organizations, and precise intervention in contexts of change, complexity, and high-stakes decision-making—where leadership quality becomes a decisive business variable.

He understands leadership and talent development as a strategic process integrating management, self-awareness, and conscious decision-making, grounded in the belief that effective leadership is not possible without internal clarity. From this perspective, his work focuses on developing leaders capable of observing themselves, understanding their impact on the system, and making more conscious, consistent, and effective decisions in complex organizational environments.
